Swap Request
You can make swap request from the My Shift page. From this page you can check the request status, cancel it, or pick up any open shift that are created by other employees' swap request.
Click the Shift swap/open shift link on the left-hand side. There, you can see list of requests that are in pending or waiting status. Click on the link in the Requested By column. You will see the page as below: Depending on the status of the request, different information will show in the right panel.
